In the globalized world, there are many places or situation where people from diverse culture coexist. However, racism is inevitable in those situations. Racism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior. Racism can occur anywhere, even in the soccer fields. Many non-european soccer player suffer racism from different players and supporters in the stadium. Recently, English premier league Tottenham soccer player Danny Rose claimed that he suffered from racism during the game and heard segregative statement from the opponent’s supporters. After the game, Rose expressed his unpleasant feelings and he claimed that he wanted to quit soccer as soon as possible because of racism.
Like such situation, many people suffer mentally from racism. Racism should not be justified in any circumstances and should be eliminated in the near future.
