It is not easy to study effectively. There are a lot of techniques which are effective to study. There important study techniques study techniques are to have healthy habits, being in a quiet place, and studing at the same time each day.
First of all, it is important to have healthy habits while you are studying. There are many things to have a good habit like eating healthy snacks, healthy sleep, and healthy exercising. We have to eat healthy snacks like walnuts. It is good for our brain. We haveto sleep 8~9 hours a day, too. It helps our brain to move. We also have to do healthy exercising because it helps our body to study well.
Next, being a quiet place is also very important. When we do it, we may memorize the lesson easily. Because it improves our concentration. Concentration makes us to study faster and correctly. So, we can study more effectively.
Lastly, you should study at the same time each day. When we do it, you will have a physical rhythum. Physical rhythum is very important to study. For example, one student that gets good grade of the test, studies at the same time. English test is on 13:10 ~ 14:20, so he studies English on 13:10 ~ 14:20. We can study effectively when we study at the same time each day.
There are many good things and many ways you can do to study like having healthy habits, being in a quiet place, and studing at the same time each a day. But it is more important to find your best study techniques.
