tvN has gathered momentum from the fervent love of the cause of many phenomenon, "Respond 1988" to begin its 10th anniversary television mini-series, "Signal." The drama was able to attract the public with its effective teaser that triggered people's curiosity. tvN introduced "Signal" with a short explanation: ""Our time is connected." The urgent shortwave radio message from the past connects the police officers from the past and the present and aids them to investigate unsolved cases." The story's main theme of time-parallelism is not prevalent in Korean drama and this fact definitely has contributed to the public's interest on the drama.

The starring include, Lee Jae-Hun (Park Hae Young), Kim Hye Soo (Cha Soo Yeon) and Cho Jin Woong (Lee Jae-Han) as its main actors and other talented actors for the each cases in the drama. The public has complemented the actings that the less-relatively known actors have shown in the drama.

The first program start off the story with introduction of the two main characters: police officer from present, Park Hae Young and police from the past, Lee Jae Han. The only connection between the two man is their shortwave radio and their co-worker, Cha Soo Yeon, who know both of them. Unsure of the source of radio message, Park Hae Young discovers the crucial evidence of the unsolved case and with his profiling and Cha Soo Yeon's eagerness to arrest the real murderer, the team solves it first case. However, Jae Han who offered the location of the evidence seems to have been attacked by unknown figure. The team continues to solve the cases and unveils the corruptions within police community.

What is most interesting about "Signal" is that if Lee Jae Han act based on the new information that Park Hae Young has provided, the past change and there is a sacrifice for those changes. Recognizing this aftermath, Park Hae Young and Lee Jae Han both struggle. The drama portrays the opposite end of time which adds to the fun element of the program.
"Signal" has been broadcasted on television until its 8th episode and it has revealed the murderer of Lee Jae Han in 2001, spurring excitement and curiosity among the audience.

The program is still airing in tvN every Friday and Saturday at 8:30 P.M. If you want to check out what will happen to Hae Young and Jae Han, it is not a bad idea to saturate yourself to the excitement of the drama "Signal."
