Many people know the stress as illness, but more specific, it is a transforming process of resistance of body against origin of stress like overworking, over studying, or arguments etc. There is no doubt that stress can lead to physical illness. It causes vomiting, fever, in worst case it goes to cancer.
By those reasons, all in all most people aware the stress for bad, it calls ¡®Distress (negative stress)¡¯.
However there is reverse type of stress called ¡®Eu-stress (positive stress)¡¯.
Eustress is a stress which improves our performances and brings good result of our individual growth.
