How much water are you drinking every day?
Do you realize how much water you¡¯re drinking every day? I¡¯m sure its not 8 full cups of water. When we breathe, sweat, or urinate we lose a lot of water/fluid from our body. Therefore, in order to stay healthy and maintain the ideal amount of water we¡¯re supposed to have in our body, women should be drinking 1.6 liters of fluid and men should be drinking 2.0 liters of fluid every day. Instead of your soft and fizzy drinks you would normally drink, drink water instead or sparkling water. Water is the best choice you can make when you need to quench your thirst. It is very easy to get dehydrated. It isn't something you think doesn't apply to you, this applies to everyone. There are symptoms that show that you¡¯re not drinking enough water. Some signs of dehydration would be headaches, lack of energy, feeling lightheaded, dark urine and so on. As soon as you wake up, start your day with a glass of water, and bring a water bottle or tumbler with you so that you can always have a sip of water.
