The number of sexual assault cases is in increasing.
Lately sex crimes against minors are growing for people of all ages.

Sexual abuse occurred 20346times in 2010, 21907times in 2011, and 22919times in 2012.
The occurrence of the crime has risen about 10% for 3 years.
The crimes against the old are increasing, too.

The victims have been suffering from much trauma after the unforgettable crime.
Some victims are sustaining their brain damage due to it.
Many a people has been suggesting that the sex criminals have to be heavily punished on their wrongdoings.

They have also been insisting that special law on the rape should be revised. If the minimum and maximum penalty for sex crimes is reinforced, the rate of the cases will be highly decreased.
But according to the existing law, the sentence for rapers is too low.
Most of all, however strong the law is, the crimes will not be gone forever.
