Have you ever heard about One Child Policy?
One Child Policy is a law which fines for spawning second child. It has been executed coercively with various way such as extorting houses, abortion compulsed by government since 1979. How brutal!

Well actually, China could become major economic power through practising this rule, but numerous kinds of problem caused by this policy cannot be overlooked. So this policy is debated by China and many human rights group.

Government established this law because of the high population rate in 1979 China. The food and resources had been always insufficient
and the high population rate had became an obastacle to dwelling, educational surroundings and variant policy for social stability. Then it
brought about other problem in other country internationally. For solving those problem like I said before, One Child Policy lauched afterward.


After it has been launched, it brings two sides effect in China. Positively speaking, china grew dramatically since the policy could repress the living expanses by letting people have only one child. Also, it allow the globalization by keeping the
over population rate that hinder the globalization from being saturated.

On the other hand, negatively speaking, almost all the woman who cannot afford to pay fine must take abortion, and as the goverment deprives many families of their property, they are now in such a gloomy grudge. These enforcement gave occasion to the question of personal rights in china.


Do you know what is " the little emperor". They are born in the middle class living in urban. They always enjoy their life in plentiful surroundings and mild care and interest from their parents. As their parent's way of thinking is that they have to
pour everything in one child because they only can have one child. For this reason, little emperor don't have any concept in economic like savings. They only know how to use money relentlessly.

Reversely, the black child I've adverted in the headline cannot have the rudimentary right and benefit such as education and health insurance, since they are second child. Like I said before, if a couple have child more than one,
they have to pay fine. However, for those people who work in farmland, it's impossible to have only one child for their work. They are so poor to employ other people who can work for their farm, that they need many children to help their work with. Usually, they makes "Black child", and the "Black child" must live forever concealed in the dark without even resident registration number.
Imagine the future if this polarization happens constantly. Yes. the difference between the wealth and the poor is going to be deepened.

As people can have only one child, they want boy more desperately than girl. So they identify their baby's gender. If the baby's gender are observed as male, they spawn the child, but they don't spawn if the outcome of the observation is "girl"
These tendency made many old bachelors. As they don't have any woman to marry, the birthrate has been decreased and society will be changed into aging society. Also, I read from news that old bachelors do human trafficking because they can't have stable jobs.


The gender imbalance ultimately generate the "aging society."
When a country set in aging society, it means that people who are active economically has to burden far more for elderly's welfare.
You can confirm the fact by reading graph on the Internet.
I'll take one example of this phenomenon.
In 2005, the population of elderly was lower than the population of a people who are active economically, but in 2020 you will see the decline of the population of people who are active economically, also in 2050. People have to pay same amout of tax as the elderly's population is constant. In 2050, people have to pay octuple amount of tax compared with 2005.

I think this rule has to be rescined for stoping an infringement upon personal rights, dipartiy in wealth and long-term economical development. Also without this rule,
Black children will bask in happy life.
