China in lunar calendar's July 7th
Do you know when is lunar calendar's July 7th? It is many known with traditional fairy tale, Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh. In Korea, people don't celebrate the day well. But how about China? They celebrate the day happily! In china, this day is very improtant day!
Let me tell the story Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh. 'Boy Gyun-woo and girl Ging-nyuh loves each other. And, Gyun-woo always went to meet Ging-nyuh, with out working. This active made god angry. God odered that Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh should live another world. But, the god permitted tthey meet once in a year. Magpies and crows were help them to meet. The magpies and crows send Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh cross the milkyway. The day, wich Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh meet, is lunar calendar's July 7th.'
When lunar calendar's July 7th comes, China having a party, because it is very happy day! They can meet each other once in a year, on lunar calendar's July 7th. And In China, this day is orginal Valentine's day. People come to register office to register marriage. People went to Henan and find their Gyun-woo and Ging-nyuh(love person) this year.
Lunar calendar's July 7th is important day for chinese. Chinese are having lots of self-esteem with their traditional day. I think Korean should learn it.
