The second week of July has the hottest issue. That issue is bittersweet news.
The famous swimming player, Park Tae Whan, can go Rio summer Olympic. He was banned national team representative because of doping. He`s disciplinary punishment is for 18 months.
However, the Korean Olympic Committee adopted a special rule.
When the player has a punishment, the player can`t participate all contests for 3 years originally. However, the national rule is different from Korean one.
National rule regulate that the punishment can`t overlap some another one.
So CAS[ Court of Arbitration for Sport ]
decided to accept his opinion.
