Japanese in Elementary Textbook Cover 2013-05-13 ¿ÀÈÄ 6:37:00

Elementary students learn by using textbooks. That much, textbooks contents are very important to them. Of course, textbook cover is part of textbook contents. However, people on the textbook cover look like foreigners. Everyone can notice they are exotics.

People on the textbook cover have deep eyelids and they don¡¯t have cheekbone. These features are commonly found in Japanese. This means that Japanese¡¯s photos are on Korean textbook covers. Three other books have Japanese, too.

The publishing house, which put Japanese on the textbook, is very famous. The publisher has been publishing Korean textbooks for more than 50 years. This news is being important because the publisher didn¡¯t put the photo¡¯s source.

I believe that this happening is not acceptable. It is not approvable to make Korean students have textbooks with foreigners¡¯ pictures. Therefore, our publish companies have to attach a Korean picture in our textbooks. This kind of work should not happen again.
