Liter of Light, House light 2019-09-14 ¿ÀÈÄ 10:42:00

Appropriate technology is applied to improve the quality of life and fight poverty, mainly in consideration of the cultural, political and environmental aspects of developing countries.
Products made with the appropriate technology should be simple to use, inexpensive, and efficient with local resources.
Liter of Light, House light was first developed by Brazilian engineer Alfredo Mojo in 2002. With easily available bottles, water, and bleach, he had created a pet bottle light bulb that was equivalent to a regular household bulb. When the sunlight goes straight and lights up a pet bottle, the sunlight hits the water in the bottle, causing the scattering of light to spread. Water-mixed bleach doubles this scattering and emits about 55 to 60 watts of light. A street lamp similar to this one was made.
It's amazing how plastic bottles can be used to uncover poor neighborhood. We should be interested in your environment and your neighbors.
