( The place where I'm living )
I'm living in Nowon, Seoul. In Nowon, there is a campaign called 'Green is our future'. The work means by preventing climate change we can make our city a green community. In that way we can give healthy Earth to our descendants.
To make green community, Nowon tries to reduce the usage of energy. They encourage a lot. So we decrease the amount of CO2.
Also Nowon is trying to make a healthy village. Schools are trying not to make too much food trash. Lots of people do the recycling. Some use rain for watering plants or others. And there are nature education classes for students. Students learn how to make healthy Earth.
What can we do more to help making green community? We can use less CO2.
When we use water, reduce water with take a bath quickly in the bath. When we use electric, off the power if you don't use it and reduce electric using time. When we go to shopping, use fabric bags instead of plastic bags. When we trash something, put trash in the correct trash can and reuse plastic. And use public transportation more than car.
If we do these, we can make green community and also we can economize our valuable money.
