Think twice before cranking up your music 2015-01-25 ¿ÀÈÄ 8:26:00

Before you start cranking up your music due to your noisy surroundings, think twice.
I' msure we all have had an experience of being able to hear someone else's MP3 player from quite a distance. If you can hear it from 3 feet away, it means that it's too loud.
We listen to music often in our leisure time as it can serve as a source of entertainment, or be a source of comfort that can pacify us from the stress we receive. However, listening to excessively loud music can lead us to lose our hearing. Once you lose your hearing, its's lost for life.
Pam Mason, a certified audiologists says, "Children don't often think that by putting themselves into a noisy environment, they're putting their hearing in danger."
Many MP 3 players don't have volume indicators, which leads people into cranking up their volume unconsciously.
Before turning up the volume to your music player, think twice and be aware of the consequences it can lead up to. It can never be too late to protect against hearing loss.Remember to adjust the volume of your music by cranking the volume all the way up, then back to halfway. By taking action and being aware of this fact, it can make a significant change in your life as it can determine whether you'll be able to sustain your hearing.
