Today, there was a hearing about agreement of prime minister appoint. The minister of Justice also attend this hearing. Actually, he didn't pay general income tax since 2010. But on the last month 26, when the times to submit personnel data, he paid 1,860,000 won for general income tax. On this hearing, one assemblyman asked "You report you pay general income tax late and pension was neglect for 3 years. Madam didn't report yet. Normal citizens don't act like this. Please answer for neglect pension for 3 years." to minister of justice. The minister of justice answered to this question, "When their were wrong things, I fixed some of them and I will examine there are another things. About receive pension for a public official, that was carelessness to didn't pay general income tax. It is mistake. I didn't realize it. I'm appologize to didn't pay because of didn't know well about tax law. I didn't do that unlawfulness or intentionally."

There is the question. Why he didn't know well about tax law? Isn't he the minister of justice? Government need to think more deeply to decide the excutive.
