Long time no see! In these days, the technical development chairman of FIFA MARCO VAN BASTEN made issue. Because they assert the rule of soccer should be change. Many soccer players and coaches are against about their opinion. First, they want to repeal offside rule. The reason of this opinion is judge can`t catch offside exactly. Also offside make game bored. Because strikers could not use behind space of the defenders so they are hard to get score. That is why game usually finished discouragingly. Second, they want to repeal penalty kick rule and make 8 second shoot out rule. 8 second shoot out rule is simple. Get score during 8 second or defend 8 second. It started at the point which 25meters away from Goal post. Lastly, they want to make orange card and repeal half rule and make 4 quarter rule. Players can get orange card when they foul slightly.
