MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) is a fatal disease that can cause numerous problems with the respiratory systems. This may result in frequent coughing, reduced breathing and fever. Severe cases can lead to death.

MERS was first reported in Saudi Arabia and has been spreading to many Middle East countries. It has spread to numerous countries that are not in the Middle Eastern areas such as United States and United Kingdom. However, Korea has been tested to be the most infected country out of the ones not included in the Middle East.

Because of MERS, citizens are recommended to stay clean, wash hands and even though it's itchy, uncomfortable and insufferably hot, respect others by putting on that face mask because it can be beneficial for you and others.
